Ingredients
For the Dough:
1. 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3. 1 tsp salt
4. 2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
5. ¾ cup warm water (not hot)

Proteins (e.g., pepperoni, grilled chicken, paneer)

Activate Yeast:
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix Dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add the yeast mixture and knead until it forms a soft dough.
Let It Rise:
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1–2 hours until it doubles in size.
2. Prepare the Sauce
Heat a small pan, add tomato sauce, and stir in oregano, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, then set aside to cool.
3. Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for at least 15 minutes.
4. Roll Out the Dough Punch the dough to release air, then roll it out into your desired shape (round, rectangular) on a floured surface. Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Assemble the Pizza Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly on the dough. Sprinkle a generous layer of cheese. Add your favourite toppings.
6. Bake the Pizza Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
7. Serve and Enjoy Garnish with fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
